Latham & Watkins with Apheon on corporate platform formation
Latham & Watkins has advised private equity firm Apheon on the formation of an integrated buy and build platform in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation sector.
The transaction involves a unitranche and super senior financing with additional acquisition and capex facilities to support the buy-and-build strategy to create a corporate platform consolidating several specialist companies, including Amex Sanivar, Hurricane Trenchless Technologie, IMS, Innoquip, Kardiam, Polypipe, and resinnovation.
