Gleiss Lutz advises Aumovio at first AGM

Gleiss Lutz advised Aumovio SE at its Annual General Meeting held in Frankfurt am Main. The meeting marked the company’s first AGM since its initial public offering in 2025. Aumovio was established as a spin-off from the automotive division of Continental AG.
