PwC Legal welcomes as a new partner

Dr. Christoph Rödter (pictured) joined the Munich office of PwC Legal in mid February. He was previously a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in Munich.

Rödter began his legal career at Linklaters in 2011, became a counsel at Orrick in 2016, and was appointed partner in 2018. He advises his clients on transactions as well as corporate law matters, particularly on corporate governance, structural measures, and ESG issues. In addition, he focuses on advising growth companies, assisting them in financing rounds as well as in the later-stage phase.

With his arrival, the Big Four firm continues to expand its corporate practice. Prior to Rödter, Dr. Jörg Ritter and Christine Kaniak-Hockel also joined PwC in fall 2023.
