Luther gains Lars Bollensen as new real estate partner
Lars Bollensen (PICTURED) joined the real estate and construction law team at Luther‘s Hamburg office. Bollensen was previously a partner at GSK Stockmann in Hamburg for many years, where he helped build up the office. Lars Bollensen has extensive experience and expertise in various areas of law, in particular in the areas of construction law, real estate law, architectural and engineering law and real estate transactions. A second focus of his work is energy law, with a focus on renewable energies and plant construction for industrial companies.
“I am very much looking forward to working with Luther. Due to the firm’s very good market presence in Hamburg, I expect significant synergy effects in the provision of advice. This will enable us to continue to offer our clients first-class legal services,” said the new partner at the firm.
With the addition of Lars Bollensen and his team, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft is consistently and noticeably expanding its strength and expertise in the area of real estate and construction law. “We are extremely pleased to be able to carry out such a highly competent and successful expansion with Lars Bollensen and his team in the important real estate location of Hamburg. This expansion will enable us to provide even better support for our local and national major projects in the future. When advising, we not only share the same values but also the same project DNA”, explained Achim Meier, head of the real estate service line at Luther.
Lars Bollensen studied in Göttingen and was admitted to the bar in 1998.
