Together, the two companies plan to further expand their offering, for example through a Security Operations Centre.
The Netz16 Group, consisting of Netz16 GmbH, digisoolut gmbh, ParIT GmbH and Fundwerk GmbH & Co. KG is an IT managed service provider based in Augsburg and has been offering customised solutions in cyber security, managed services and modern infrastructure with around 200 employees at four locations since 2009.
