Latham & Watkins with arrangers on credit facilities for Autodoc
Latham & Watkins advised the arrangers in connection with a debut €535 million EUR Term Loan B and a €100 million revolving credit facility for Autodoc, a European online retailer of automotive spare parts and accessories.
As a result of the financing, Autodoc successfully completed the share purchase from Apollo’s managed funds associated with its Hybrid Value franchise, which have led a minority investment alongside leading institutional investors.
