Hogan Lovells with Naxicap on Diederichs Karosserieteile acquisition

Hogan Lovells advised the French private equity firm Naxicap Partners and its portfolio company ITAL Express Holding on the acquisition of Diederichs Karosserieteile.

ITAL Express is an international automotive aftermarket platform backed by Naxicap Partners, focused on the distribution of spare parts and accessories.

Hogan Lovells’ advisory services included, in particular, the share acquisition, tax-related aspects, acquisition financing, and the merger control filing.
