Freshfields with financing banks on Novem Group’s refinancing

Freshfields has advised the financing banks on the refinancing of Novem Group through an extension of the existing facilities agreement. The refinancing supports Novem’s financial position and extends the group’s debt maturity profile.

Novem is a Luxembourg-listed specialist in trim elements and decorative functional components for mobility. The company operates in the Americas, Europe and Asia and has eleven locations worldwide.
