Hogan Lovells advises SV Hotel on the acquisition of six Marriott International Hotels in Germany
Led by Frankfurt partner Marc P. Werner (PICTURED), Hogan Lovells Germany has advised Swiss SV Hotel on the acquisition of six Marriott International Hotels from real estate company Vastint.
The co-operation with the international real estate company Vastint includes four Moxy Hotels and two Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in Berlin, Dortmund, Dresden and Essen. SV Hotel is thus expanding its portfolio from the current 23 to 29 hotels and strengthening its presence on the German market in the long term. With this acquisition, SV Hotel is significantly expanding its role as the leading operator of Moxy and Residence Inn hotels in Germany.
SV Hotel is part of the leading catering and hotel management group SV Group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. Hogan Lovells, together with partner Marc P. Werner, head of the global Hotels, Leisure & Gaming Group at Hogan Lovells, advised SV Hotel AG on all aspects of the contract negotiations.
