Freshfields advises Vossloh on Cordel acquisition

Freshfields is acting as legal counsel to Vossloh in connection with its recommended cash acquisition of Cordel Group, a provider of advanced hardware and software to the global rail industry. The proposed offer targets Cordel, whose shares are listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, and is intended to be implemented through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.

Vossloh is a rail infrastructure company supplying critical components, systems and lifecycle services through three core divisions, with an increasing focus on digital solutions.
