EY Law advises Remazing on the acquisition of Snocksulting

The international law firm Ernst & Young Law has advised Remazing / IK Partners on the acquisition of Snocksulting, a full-service online marketing agency and market leader for digitally native brands, from Snocksperium and Romy Riffel. The purchase price remains confidential.

Snocksulting has developed into a market leader for digitally native brands and a very successful marketplace seller in recent years, counting Emma, Babymarkt, and Netflix among its clients. As a company of the e-commerce pioneer brand Snocks, the agency has built impressive brand awareness in the German-speaking region. Through enhanced collaboration, both companies aim to benefit from complementary service offerings: Remazing’s software Remdash will help Snocksulting and its clients optimize processes and improve performance. In return, Snocksulting will provide Remazing’s clients with even more expertise in the D2C (Direct to Consumer) sector.
