Dentons advises Argos on Rostock-Trans acquisition
Dentons has advised private equity fund Argos on the acquisition of Rostock-Trans, a German company specializing in the transportation of heavy and complex cargo, through its portfolio company Bracchi. The seller was advised by Honert.
Rostock-Trans is a German operator focused on the outbound logistics of onshore wind turbine components — including blades, nacelles, and tower sections — providing engineered, project-based services. The company operates a fleet of approximately 100 specialized vehicles, alongside internally developed blade transport systems.
Lars Hennek, founder and CEO of Rostock-Trans, will remain actively involved in the next phase of the combined group and will reinvest alongside Argos and Bracchi’s management.
