Baker McKenzie advises Fagron on the acquisition of Euro OTC & Audor Pharma

Baker McKenzie has advised Fagron Group, an international market operator in pharmaceutical formulations, on the acquisition of Euro OTC & Audor Pharma. The integration of Euro OTC & Audor Pharma, which directly supplies approximately 2,500 pharmacies, is expected to be completed within two years. With this deal, Fagron is not only taking over the prescription division, but also consolidating its own market position as number two in the industry in Germany.
