Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with Biesterfeld on acquisition of the shares in its Italian joint ventures

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, led by Maximilian Menges, has advised Biesterfeld on the full acquisition of the shares in its Italian joint ventures, Biesterfeld Polybass S.p.A. and Biesterfeld Polychem S.r.l.

Biesterfeld has acquired 100% of the shares in both companies, transitioning a partnership that has existed for nearly 30 years into a new corporate structure. The former shareholders will support the integration process through the end of 2026, while the companies’ operational management will remain unchanged.
