Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with HelloFresh on EUR 350 million notes issuance
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, led by Michael Schlitt, advised HelloFresh on the issuance of its first corporate bond. The standalone notes, with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 350 million, maturing 2031, and with a 5.5% coupon, were placed with institutional investors on July 1, 2026.
The notes were issued as senior unsecured fixed-rate notes governed by German law and were listed on the professional segment of the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Rabobank, and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners for the transaction.
