Baker McKenzie promotes new partner and three new counsel in Germany
Baker McKenzie has appointed one new partner and three new counsel in Germany.
Artur M. Swierczok (pictured) has been promoted to partner in the Frankfurt office. His appointment expands the firm’s banking & finance practice group. Julia Rossié, Stefanie Tesch (both from the transactional practice group in Munich), and Felix Arnold (employment law, Berlin) have been promoted to counsel.
Artur M. Swierczok
Artur M. Swierczok joined the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice in 2021 and advises domestic and international clients on complex financial restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and distressed M&A transactions. His experience spans the intersection of banking & finance, corporate, and insolvency litigation. Baker McKenzie’s German restructuring and insolvency practice currently comprises five lawyers.
Julia Rossié
Julia Rossié advises domestic and international clients on M&A, private equity, growth capital, and venture capital transactions, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences, supporting investors, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and family offices in corporate and intellectual property transactions.
Stefanie Tesch
Stefanie Tesch advises international clients on domestic and cross-border reorganisations, including post-acquisition integrations, pre-transaction reorganisations, and legal entity rationalisations, as well as transparency obligations and multi-jurisdictional corporate projects.
Felix Arnold
Felix Arnold advises domestic and international companies on employment law matters, covering dismissals, employment contracts, M&A transactions, reorganisations, and works council issues, and represents companies before German labour courts.
