Lark advises GfW on Schülerhilfe entry as new investor
Lark advised GfW Gesellschaft für Weiterbildung, as the Berlin-based education group has expanded its shareholder base by bringing in Schülerhilfe as a new investor.
GfW operates more than ten locations, employs around 200 staff and works with over 500 instructors. The group has been backed by US private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners since 2024.
