Hogan Lovells advises Periskop on logistics property acquisition from Schnellecke

Hogan Lovells has advised the Periskop Logistics Fund on the acquisition and financing of a logistics and production property in Sassenburg, near Wolfsburg, Germany. The property was sold by Schnellecke Real Estate.

Located at Rohwiesen 2, the asset comprises approximately 49,000 square meters of leasable space, developed over the past two years on a site of approximately 93,000 square meters. The property holds DGNB Gold sustainability certification and is occupied on a long-term basis by an automobile manufacturer, which uses the site as an assembly and logistics center.
