Lark advises synaforce on hns acquisition
Lark advised Synaforce, a cloud and data centre solutions provider backed by private equity investor Afinum, on the acquisition hns hardware netzwerke software, a Berlin-based IT service provider. Hns will continue to operate as an independent company and brand following the transaction.
The deal marks synaforce’s second expansion into Berlin, having previously entered the German capital through the acquisition of Herbst Datentechnik.
