Lark adds Eva Schweigger as counsel in Munich

LARK expands its Corporate/M&A practice in Munich with the hire of Eva Schweigger (pictured) as counsel. She joins from ProSiebenSat.1 Media’s legal department, where she served as senior legal counsel.

Schweigger regularly advises institutional and strategic investors on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on emerging companies. Her work spans venture and growth capital investors, as well as start-ups and scale-ups across their entire lifecycle — from incorporation and financing rounds through to exit.

Background and previous experience

Schweigger began her career at Baker McKenzie before moving to GLNS, where she worked within the corporate/M&A team led by  Daniel Gubitz, founder of Lark. Her arrival to Lark reunites her with that same team following several years in-house.
