Hogan Lovells advises Berenberg on Elmos share deal

Hogan Lovells has advised Berenberg on the accelerated bookbuilding placement of 1.86 million shares in Elmos Semiconductor SE by two of the company’s major shareholders, representing approximately 10.5% of Elmos Semiconductor’s current share capital.

Deal Details

The shares were placed at a price of EUR 176.00 per share, exclusively with institutional investors, as part of transactions exempt from, or not subject to, the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Berenberg acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner for the transaction.
