DLA Piper advises Keensight Capital on acquisition of majority in ACTICO
DLA Piper has advised Keensight Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in ACTICO Group. The management team of ACTICO Group and the existing shareholder Bregal Unternehmerkapital Funds (“BU Funds”), the largest mid-cap investor based in the DACH region, will reinvest alongside Keensight Capital.
