Hengeler Mueller advises Ørsted on Equitix’s acquisition of stake in Gode Wind 1
Infrastructure investor Equitix has acquired a stake of approx. 15.2 per cent in the German offshore wind farm project Gode Wind 1 from The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG). Ørsted, global leader in offshore wind and developer of the wind farm, continues to hold a 50 per cent stake in the project.
