Linklaters, Julia Grothaus is head of the litigation, arbitration & investigation
Linklaters has appointed Julia Grothaus (pictured) as the new head of the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations (LAI) practice in Germany. In this position, she will continue to drive the strategic development of the renowned practice group both nationally and internationally.
Julia Grothaus joined Linklaters in 2007 and has been a partner since 2020. She has many years of experience in advising and representing national and international companies in complex disputes before state courts, in international arbitration proceedings and in out-of-court dispute resolution. With this change, Linklaters is continuing its generational change. In addition to her new role, Julia Grothaus will remain a member of the German Executive Team and head of the German and co-head of the European ESG team at Linklaters.
Julia Grothaus succeeds Alexandros Chatzinerantzis, who has held this position since 2019, as LAI Practice Group Leader.
Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice covers the entire spectrum of dispute resolution, from out-of-court negotiations to contentious enforcement and worldwide enforcement. The practice also specialises in crisis management and compliance issues.
