The advisors of Vision Mittelstand Partners on partnership with Woodmark

Led by Hamburg Partner Dr. Jan Philipp Feigen and Munich Counsel Dr. Philipp Strümpell (BOTH PICTURED, LEFT TO RIGHT), global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised funds managed by Vision Mittelstand Partners Management (VMP) on a strategic partnership with Woodmark Consulting (Woodmark). The objective is to build a leading Data & AI ecosystem in Germany.

Growth is planned both organically and through the integration of additional data specialists. VMP is acquiring a majority stake in Woodmark and providing additional capital for future acquisitions. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Hogan Lovells provided comprehensive advice to VMP on the negotiation, preparation of the share purchase agreement (SPA) and shareholders’ agreement, as well as the establishment of the transaction structure.
