The advisors of Primestar on agreement for Hilton Hotel in Hamburg’s Elbtower
Led by Frankfurt-based partner Marc P. Werner (Real Estate, Frankfurt, PICTURED), Hogan Lovells has advised leading independent hospitality platform PRIMESTAR Group on a long-term lease agreement for a Hilton hotel in Hamburg’s Elbtower.
The future high-end hotel is planned to feature 195 rooms and suites, with an opening scheduled for no later than 2029. For PRIMESTAR Group, the new hotel in Hamburg’s Elbtower marks its entry into the five-star luxury segment. The company currently operates a total of 19 hotels across seven brands at 12 locations in Germany, Austria, and Italy.
