The advisors of AIF Capital on acquisition of healthcare property on Lake Constance

Mayer Brown advised AIF Capital Group on the acquisition of the “Haus Panorama” nursing home in Bodman-Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance. The nursing home is a strategically important investment made by AIF Capital Group on behalf of a family office.

The property is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance and is currently used as a full-time nursing home. The long-term provision of nursing care at the site is to be supplemented by a sustainable utilization concept.

The team is led by Dr. Philipp Schaefer (Partner, Frankfurt, Real Estate, PICTURED) and includes Susan Günther (Counsel, Frankfurt, Tax) and Benjamin Schulz (Senior Associate, Frankfurt, Real Estate).
