PwC Legal advises Kübler on sale to U-Power
PwC Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft advised the shareholder of Kübler Workwear in connection with the sale of the family-owned business to Italian company U-Power Group.
The parties
Kübler Workwear, headquartered in Plüderhausen near Stuttgart, is a specialist in workwear, protective clothing and corporate wear for professional users, particularly active in German-speaking countries.
U-Power was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Paruzzaro, Italy. The group is active in safety work footwear and workwear, operating the U-Power, Jallatte and Aimont brands.
Deal details
PwC Legal advised on the legal structuring of the transaction, conducted due diligence, and drafted and negotiated the purchase agreement. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
