Product law reinforcement: Astrid Seehafer moves to Luther

Luther‘s Berlin office is growing: Dr. Astrid Seehafer has joined the firm’s Commercial and Health Care & Life Science Groups. She has extensive expertise in product and product liability law and is particularly focused on ESG issues along the supply chain.

Dr Astrid Seehafer worked from 2015 to 2022 at Freshfields in the area of dispute resolution / public commercial law with a focus on product liability and product compliance, particularly in the health care and consumer goods sectors. She has been working for ARQIS since 2022, where she most recently headed the product law unit as a partner in the regulatory team.

She studied law and international economics in Berlin, London and Groningen. She completed her doctorate in food law in Hannover and has worked for the German Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety and the German Food Association, among others.
