Noerr advises SachsenEnergie on Drewag merger
Noerr advised SachsenEnergie on the merger of Drewag – Stadtwerke Dresden into SachsenEnergie. The transaction marked the completion of the consolidation of utility companies Drewag and Enso to form SachsenEnergie, a process Noerr has advised on from the outset.
Following the merger, which took effect on 1 July 2026, sales operations will be standardised under the SachsenEnergie brand.

The employment and pensions side was handled by partner Patrick Mückl and senior associate Sophia-Clara Schulte, both in Dusseldorf.
