McDermott Will & Emery with KRÜGER GROUP on the acquisition of Hermes Süssstoff
McDermott Will & Emery has advised the Germany-based KRÜGER GROUP on the acquisition of Hermes Süssstoff based in Zurich, Switzerland. MLL Legal team supported the inhouse team of Krüger and the team of McDermott Will & Emery in this transaction with regard to Swiss law aspects.
The acquisition is a suitable addition to the KRÜGER GROUP’s Beverages division, allowing the latter to strengthen its position. The transaction has already been completed. Business operations of Hermes Süssstoff will continue unchanged after the acquisition.

The KRÜGER GROUP based in Bergisch Gladbach is a globally established family business in the food industry. KRÜGER develops, produces and markets its products with around 5,600 employees at 21 locations in ten countries. The Group owns brands such as KABA, Schogetten, Trumpf, Fritt and Hafervoll.
