Mayer Brown advises Asolvi on the acquisition of Foxtag

Mayer Brown has advised Asolvi, a portfolio company of Volpi Capital, on the acquisition of Foxtag, a German software company specializing in digital solutions for maintenance and incident management, with a focus on customers in the fire protection and security technology sectors.

Headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, Asolvi is a leading provider and developer of industry-specific field service management software across Europe. Volpi Capital is a private equity firm specializing in mid-market businesses, with a focus on technology-enabled B2B software, data, and services companies in Northwestern Europe.

Founded in 2015 by Dirk Thiede and Niels Linnemann, Foxtag has rapidly evolved into one of Germany’s fastest-growing SaaS providers in the fire protection and security industries. The company has achieved organic growth of over 30% per year and now serves more than 600 customers with a modern, flexible, and easy-to-implement solution.
