Linklaters advises Trip.com on e-hoi stake buy

Linklaters advised Trip.com Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in e-hoi GmbH, a Frankfurt-based cruise online travel agency and tour operator. The transaction closed on 4 September 2026, with the parties agreeing not to disclose the financial terms.

Following completion of the transaction, e-hoi group will continue to operate independently within Trip.com Group.
