Linklaters advises Porsche on MHP sale to TCS

Linklaters advised Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG on the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary MHP Management und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP) to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Deal Details

MHP, headquartered in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart, employs more than 4,500 people worldwide and operates as an international management and IT consulting firm. As part of the transaction, Porsche and TCS also plan to collaborate with MHP in the fields of digital solutions and artificial intelligence. TCS’s acquisition of 100% of MHP remains subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals, with closing of the transaction expected in the upcoming months.
