Latham & Watkins advises Crescent on Infravadis’ debt financing
Latham & Watkins advised Crescent, an alternative investment firm, on a senior secured private debt financing of Infravadis, a tech-enabled platform focused on the European underground infrastructure maintenance market and a portfolio company of Oakley Capital.
Deal details
The financing partially refinanced the capital deployed by Oakley Capital in its acquisition of Infravadis, and also provided a capex and acquisition facility to support Oakley Capital’s buy-and-build strategy for the platform.
Legal team
The Latham & Watkins team was led by Frankfurt finance partner Sibylle Münch and counsel Rainer Adlhart, together with counsels Ralph Dräger and Cora Grannemann. Tax matters were handled by Hamburg partner Tobias Klass, with associate Henning Kleymann.
