Lark with Kaske Group on investment by VR Equitypartner
Lark advised Munich-based Kaske Group Kaske Group in connection with an investment by Frankfurt-based equity financier VR Equitypartner.
Kaske Group operates a digital health database platform active in the DACH region, providing data-driven software, AI and service solutions. The group includes, among others, Smile AI GmbH, Dr. Kaske GmbH & Co. KG and Dr. Vital Digital Solutions GmbH.
Following the investment, CEO Fabian Kaske continues to lead the Kaske Group.
