LARK advises Parken & Management on sale to APCOA

Lark advised the shareholders of Parken & Management on the company’s acquisition by parking operator APCOA.

The parties

APCOA operates as a parking group with 5,000 employees, managing more than 1.8 million individual parking spaces across 13,000 locations in eleven European countries.

Parken & Management is a German company specializing in parking management and enforcement solutions. The target will continue operating as an independent entity under APCOA Germany, retaining both its brand name and existing team.
