HUESKER acquires Sineco International: the advisors

German company Huesker Synthetic – with the direct involvement of CEO Hans Grandin (PICTURED), CFO Stefan Heisterkamp, and CSO Sven Schröer – has acquired the entire share capital of the Italian company Sineco International.

Sineco operates in the field of 3D thermoplastic monofilament technology, providing solutions for drainage, surface erosion control, soil stabilization, ventilation, and sound insulation. The Siniscalco family, including founder Eng. Andrea Siniscalco and his son Eng. Alberto Siniscalco, will continue to lead the company alongside Stefan Heisterkamp, ensuring operational continuity. Sineco will remain active in the market as a subsidiary of the Huesker Group.

Huesker Synthetic was advised by German law firm Berner Fleck Wettich, with a team comprising partner Dr. Thilo Fleck and associate Dr. Katharina Beißel. Italian legal matters were overseen by Ughi e Nunziante Studio Legale, with partner Dr. Martin Hartl. Accounting and tax matters were handled by Dr. Alberto Braut.

Legal counsel to the sellers was provided by Italian law firm Greco Vitali Associati Studio Legale, with a team led by partner Matteo Ludovico Vitali, supported by senior associate Matteo Miramondi and trainee Davide Crestani.

Financial advisory services were handled by Arkios Italy, with a team headed by partner Deborah Setola and including associate Andrea Sperati, senior analyst Riccardo Triglia, and analyst Mattia Ugo Gorgo.

Tax aspects of the transaction were managed by Dr. Alessandro Tentardini of the Italian Studio Vismara Tentardini.

The notarial aspects of the transaction were managed by the Italian notarial firm Iannaccone Rinaldi Peperoni, represented by notary Edoardo Rinaldi.
