Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with Primestar on Townhouse Berlin acquisition
Led by Frankfurt-based partner Marc P. Werner, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised hospitality platform Primestar Group on the acquisition of the former Townhouse Berlin in Berlin City West and the negotiation of a new long-term lease agreement with the property’s owner.
The transaction concerns a serviced apartment operation with approximately 47 units, which is expected to be taken over by September 2026.
