Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with Crescent on financing for DPG
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Crescent Capital Group on a financing for Deutsche Elektro Prüfgesellschaft (DPG), a German provider of electrical inspection and testing services. DPG is a portfolio company of Rantum Capital, a private equity firm focused on the DACH region and part of Janus Henderson Group.
Crescent acted as sole arranger for the financing. The financing supported the refinancing of DPG’s existing bank debt, the acquisition of an add-on and a dividend recapitalization.
