Hogan Lovells Cadwalader with COTP on Kassel Holiday Inn Express acquisition
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised the hospitality platform The Chocolate on the Pillow Group (COTP) on the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Kassel from the insolvency estate of the Revo Hospitality Group. The advice focused in particular on the lease agreement and the franchise agreement.
The opening is scheduled for March 2027. This marks the third project that COTP has acquired from the insolvency proceedings of the Revo Hospitality Group.
