Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Bank of Ireland and Kennedy Lewis Investment Management on the financing of the acquisition of the Plenticon Group by Adelis Equity Partners.

The firm advised the two financing parties on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by partner Thomas Freund, with support from counsel Peter Gierl and business lawyer Stefanie Grosch. Partner Ingmar Dörr advised on tax matters.
