Hogan Lovells advises Katjes on Nordic Bond tap issue

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Katjes International on the tap issue of their corporate bond originally issued as a Nordic Bond in 2023. The engagement was led by Frankfurt partner Prof. Dr. Michael Schlitt and counsel Dr. Susanne Ries (BOTH PICTURED) and included also Mark Devlin and Simona Gradišek.

The EUR 70 million tap issue was conducted under the existing increase option to partially finance the acquisition of a majority stake in Willy Bogner GmbH. The new bonds were privately placed and will be included in the existing listing of the corporate bond on the Quotation Board, a trading segment of the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as well as on the Nordic ABM of the Oslo Stock Exchange. The total outstanding bond volume now amounts to EUR 185 million.

Hogan Lovells had previously advised Katjes International on the issuance of the Nordic Bond in 2023, as well as on earlier bond issues, tap issues, and exchange offers.

The tap issue and technical execution were managed by ABG Sundal Collier ASA.
