Greenberg Traurig elevates Dorothee von Einem to local partner

Greenberg Traurig elevates employment law attorney Dorothee von Einem (pictured) as Local Partner. She has been a lawyer in the the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice since October 2015 and is a founding member of the specialized unit “GT Labor Lab – a Greenberg Traurig Business”, established in 2019, which she now chairs. The elevation took effect March 1.

With the pioneering establishment of the GT Labor Lab, Greenberg Traurig sets itself apart from other major law firms and offers clients and the human resources world equally experienced and focused advice from a single source.

Dorothee von Einem advises national and international companies in virtually all areas of individual and collective labor law, as well as in the context of transactions. She primarily handles operational changes and restructurings, including communication and negotiation with works councils. Dorothee von Einem also focuses on internal investigations. In addition, she regularly advises on managing director and employee remuneration and participation, and conducts both individual and collective legal disputes.
