Greenberg Traurig advises Gilde Healthcare on Bentec and Hermann acquisitions
Greenberg Traurig advised private equity fund Gilde Healthcare on the parallel acquisitions of Bentec Endoscopy and Hermann Medizintechnik Group for its Surgical Precision Instruments Group (SPI).
With the acquisitions of Bentec Endoscopy and Hermann Medizintechnik Group, SPI has completed its fourth and fifth add-on acquisitions since its founding.
