GOF advises Tegarin on the financing of the acquisition of WZT

KG, on the financing of the acquisition of WZT Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.
WZT is a full-service tax consulting firm from Munich that also provides auditing services. In addition to its headquarters in Munich, the company has locations in Berlin, Leipzig, Saarbrücken and Rosenheim.
