GOF advises Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe on sale of Hopf to Tegernseer
Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe is transferring the Hopf wheat beer brewery in Miesbach to Herzoglich Bayerisches Brauhaus Tegernsee in January 2026. A corresponding letter of intent has already been signed. Hopf Managing Director Tilo Ruttmann will remain in his position, and all jobs will be retained.
Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Paulaner with a team led by Dr. Heiner Feldhaus (PICTURED, Corporate Law/M&A) and included Matthias Uelner (Counsel) and Moritz Beumker (Associate) (both Corporate Law/M&A), all from the Munich office.
Hopf, part of Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe since 2006, has further strengthened its position in the Bavarian wheat beer segment. Both breweries represent Upper Bavarian brewing culture and a long-standing partnership that is now being deepened. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price and further details.
