Gleiss Lutz advises Nextpower on Zimmermann acquisition
Gleiss Lutz has advised Nextpower (Nasdaq: NXT), a California-based solar and power technology solutions provider, on its agreement to acquire Zimmermann PV-Steel Group, a Germany-based photovoltaic technology company, in a transaction valued at up to €330 million in cash and stock. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory review.
