Etl Global boosts German desk in the Balearic Islands with Januar Associats

ETL GLOBAL, the first international group of professional services for tax, legal advice, and consulting to SMEs and middle-market companies in Spain and Europe, has recently integrated the Januar Associats Tax Legal office to grow and boost its territorial expansion strategy that it has been leading for several years in its sector. Likewise, with this new integration in the Balearic Islands, the group increases its range of services, expanding its team in its German Desk.

With this integration, ETL GLOBAL incorporates nearly thirty professionals led by its founding partner Miguel Ángel Riera. Specifically, the team is composed of five bilingual lawyers (German/Spanish) and more than twenty tax, labor, and administrative advisors, thus constituting one of the most important offices specialized in tax, labor, and legal advice, with robust growth and success among German-speaking clients not only in the Balearic Islands but in other parts of the national territory.

According to Miguel Ángel Riera, “joining the ETL GLOBAL group has been an enormous success, as thanks to its powerful international structure, it provides us with the possibility of attracting more German companies and investors profiles within the real estate and hotel sectors with interests in the Balearic Islands. To do this, they need to have a trusted advisor with strong expertise who not only speaks their language but also understands their particularities and can coordinate with the clients’ advisors in their countries of origin.”

Juan Bermúdez, CEO of ETL GLOBAL, said: “We see the integration of Januar as an opportunity to expand our legal advisory services and offer total coverage in the Balearic Islands. In Palma de Mallorca, we already have two other offices with German Desk; Dr. Reichmann and ETL Mallorca, the first led by its partners Marisa Herbrandt and Linda Käser, and together with them, we will add a team with sufficient agility and proximity, but now stronger than ever.”
