Dentons promotes 5 new partners and 13 counsel in Germany
Dentons has announced the promotion of five lawyers to partner and thirteen to counsel across its German offices, within the Employment, Real Estate, and Restructuring practice groups.

- Alexander Mühleisen (Real Estate, Düsseldorf): A specialist in real estate law, Mühleisen advises on complex national and international transactions and large-scale development projects, including commercial leases and real estate-related contracts.
- Isabelle Puhl (Employment, Berlin): Advises companies on all aspects of employment and social security law, including complex compensation schemes and flexible working models. She is experienced in works constitution and collective bargaining matters.
- Judith Schmid (Restructuring, Berlin): Focuses on insolvency law, corporate restructuring, litigation, and pre-insolvency transactional matters. She is experienced in debtor-in-possession proceedings.
- Dr. Wiebke Schulz (Employment, Frankfurt): Advises on individual and collective employment law, especially in relation to restructurings and business transfers. She frequently negotiates social plans and reconciliation-of-interests agreements.
- Jessica Vorster (Real Estate, Munich): Specializes in national and international real estate transactions, covering all legal aspects of acquisitions, sales, development, and asset management, with a focus on complex transaction structures.
